BBQ was a complete disaster. Ordered a brisket sandwich and beans to go. 45 minutes later nothing. Asked about our order and they said it would be awhile yet. Poorest service I ever had at a joint like this. Wouldn’t even refund our money when we had to leave without our food. Don’t waste your money.

Quaint, but mostly a collection of souvenir shops at outrageous prices. Worth about 30 minutes of your time. High prices on mostly everything

Well, we had a fun time at Frontier Town. Yes, there was cheap, touristy stuff highly priced for sale, but we also found some wonderful Christmas gifts here for each other, as we are staying here during Christmas week and still needed to Christmas shop. We especially enjoyed the candle shop and the goat milk creamery shop. There are Christmas lights on in the evenings and the vendors make it fun and enjoyable to wander around. My daughters got some cute earrings for $10. We took a nice family photo in front of the Happy Holidays blowup at the entrance and enjoyed laughing at the funny signs in the faux cemetery. We found it worth an hour of our time and it enhanced our holiday experience.

We visited only because of a hilarious bad review that listed this spot as the low point of someone’s honeymoon. You can feel ghost hands reaching out from the dusty ground to grab your tourist dollars for overpriced western themed kitsch. It was near the holidays and there was a blow up snowman under the gallows. To call this a Potemkin western village is an insult to true American cheese. We knew what we were getting thanks to the sad honeymooners. Jupiter’s Claim without the human eating alien. We laughed ourselves sick and took a million photos. 10/10 loved it

This is a fun little tourist area to visit. Several small shops, lots of fun metal art to look at, good for your normal souvenirs. Travel up the road a mile or two for Carefree, AZ. They have a large sundial, splash pad for kids restaurants and shops.
