Food Conspiracy Co-op is a community-owned initiative for natural foods. It only sources seasonal and local produce grown using sustainable methods and free of chemical fertilizers. Most of the fruits and vegetables sold here are USDA-certified organic. This store even boasts a rainwater harvesting system for supplying water to an urban micro farm located behind it. It has plenty of options in dairy and gluten-free foodstuffs, products with low sodium and fat levels, and macrobiotic items. You will also find ready-to-eat meals with several vegetarian options. The wellness section displays a range of products, right from Chinese herbal solutions and homeopathic medicines to essential oils, soaps and fragrances. Besides, there are sections for organic wine and craft beer, bulk herbs and bulk foods.
