Hotel Manager lied to me about pricings. I have seen complaints now on the BBB where this same manager lied to get people into the hotel. I was told specifically twice that I would be locked into my chosen original rate as long as I stayed. One week in, I was told it's going to change. Bait and Switch!!

DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY. They refuse to refund my money or offer me any kind of reasonable accommodations for being disabled. They took advantage of my disabilities and took all my money, just to kick me out while i was gone to work. I believe they kicked me out due to discrimination and because I informed them of my rights as disabled person. I cant take my dog to work due to fact that its too hot out there for her and im worried she will suffer from sum heat related issue, even with water and sum shade. It cost me alot of money to have her trained to be service animal and she is too important to my well bring to allow anything to happen to her. Total disregard to any individual's disabilities & unlawful treatment of guests & there privacy.

Don’t do it! Roaches in room! Got my cadilitic converter cut out from under car in parking lot! Staff unbelievably bad. I left room walked far off property to use cannabis which although legal was not allowed on property. I returned and my key would not work. Front desk was closed at 7.10 in the evening. Could not call after hours number because phone was locked in my room. Finally found another disgruntled patron who helped me call after hours staff who showed up 20 minutes later. He grabbed my key and locked himself in the office for another 20 minutes. He finally returned only to say it was my fault key entry erased by being next to a computer which I do not own. Rude! After 1.5 hours got to return to expensive crack hotel room. DO NOT STAY IN THIS NIGHTMARE PLACE.!

Upon looking inside at a room; your gag reflex will take over as this hellhole should be shut down by both city and health dept!! The odor of stench permeates throughout! Words cannot describe how disgusting a place as this can remain open with more health hazards than Typhoid Mary. Management should be charged with Health Violations and be required to spend a Solid Month as a guest!

In town suites INA ROAD. The police are there often but it doesn't stop the druggies and dangerous people. The front desk doesn't care about the various criminals and crimes. Its very loud at night and there are parties going on night and day. Hoover prevail and Noone cares. The rugs are filthy and turned our feet black. The fridge was loud . If you like crack heads, loud parties, hookers, the rudest employees in TUCSON and homeless people begging you for change...this is you place. Good luck
