Tex's Tacos is a food truck that has had the unusual honor of being named the 'Antonio Banderas' of mobile kitchens bestowed upon it. Located at the Atlanta Food Truck Park, it serves 'Nueva Texicana' cuisine, a fusion of traditional Mexican fare, Tex-Mex favorites and original preparations. The taco, the food that has made this truck so famous, comes in many varieties, every one warm and absolutely fresh. The pulled pork barbecue basted with vinegar and chicken Fresca (honey-lime brined chicken with cilantro and salsa roja) are just two of the taco treats to enjoy. Quesadillas are also on the menu, perfectly supplemented by sides of lime fries and cheese dip. The truck travels all over the city, so check the website for the schedule.
