I would like to share my experience with this retailer. We initially had an excellent customer experience during our purchase. Our child was able to comfortably sit in and use the quad without any issues. We weren’t able to test drive or see out side of the building. However, when we decided to purchase two quads, the staff were eager to complete the sale but did not inform us about their no return or exchange policy. We felt satisfied with our purchase until the following morning when one of the quads exhibited problems; specifically, two tires were flat, and it became unstable while driving.Upon contacting customer service when we went to location we were informed that the sale was final, and they could not offer much assistance. They also advised us that they didn’t like our child sitting on their merchandise because they were concerned that our child would break there merchandise. They mentioned they would inspect the quad but did not offer a replacement, and an exchange was absolutely not an option. After keeping the quad for a week for inspection, they gave it back with no improvement—one quad still had two flat tires and remained unbalanced. Never will I purchase anything from them. They were condensing and rude when we brought our concerns. We spent over 6000 to the average consumer that is a lot of money to be disrespected and spoken to like it’s your problem not theirs.
