tripadvisorThere is no better place to plan and create your next outdoor (or indoor) landscape. The selection is almost infinite and the staff are very knowledgable. Looks like a previous reviewer was upset because they would not replace a $300 plum tree weeks after purchasing. You might want to look into ways to prevent that from happening.
MoreBeware of the return policy. I spent almost $600, four plants failed to thrive, spoke to a specialist who advised I need to unplant and bring back for refund or store credit and then was denied either and was accused of mishandling even though I have several other beautiful plants. I am a single mother, healthcare provider and bust my hiney to care for all things. I hired professional landscaper to run and program irrigation. I protected the root balls. I am very disappointed to say the least and now can't even replant and try to nurture my 15 gallon bougainvilleas that are still alive but not to the degree they should be for $120 a piece. I gave them a chance and followed all my instructions and I even encouraged my coworkers and picked up fruit trees to deliver for them and told everyone what a great place this was. However, I will never return due to this. I have appealed the decision but it seems the vague language is set for the customer to fail.
MoreHorrible place. Will not warranty anything. I bought $800 of items, including a $350 plum tree. It died within a couple of weeks. Unlike Lowe's or Home Depot, Green Things does not warranty anything. We talked to an employee named Austin, who didn't seem to have any customer service experience. I wrote to the owner/mgmt. No reply. Stick to Lowe's or Home Depot. At least they honor their products for a whole year. Green Things does not honor them for even 1 day. PS My wife and I have spent multi-thousands over the past few years buying there. We won't go back again.
MoreThis place is huge and has so many things! There is cool furniture in a couple of different buildings, a vast selection of pots, and of course, plants (both for your yard and inside your house). I got a variegated opuntia (in the prickly pear family) for a great price! This is my favorite garden shop and definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.
