From basic planning to complete project management, we have the answers you need. Our attention to service and quality has made us an industry leader. At our company, the customer always comes first, and we constantly strive to exceed your expectations. Our basic consultation includes an on-site meeting to discuss your project goals and details. During this 2 hour meeting, we will provide you with basic scheduling, feasibility advice, design input and recommended construction methods/materials. Additionally, you will receive a workbook to help you plan each step of your renovation, from start to finish. I will strive to answer all your project questions during the meeting, and suggest resources for those I cannot. You may choose to contract me to provide additional or ongoing services as well. Some of these services include zoning/building code information, coordination with outside professionals (electricians, plumbers, engineers) and long term or multi-phase project planning. All additional services will be based on an hourly fee, and I will provide you a general estimate based on your project. Let us be your support system through each phase of the project.
