Justin Mr Rock and Roll went above and beyond. There was a mix up with my reservation (which had been made through a third party) and he was vrey accommodating. However, he went even further by doing some detective work without my even asking, tracking down where the error happened, talking to the third party, and making sure that my money was refunded. He graciously matched their price. I was amazed and touched, as none of that needed to have happened and he saved me a lot of frustration and $$$. Traci in the Breakfast nook and Natalie were also very helpful.Beautiful site, shuttle nearby, couldn't have asked for more

Tristan and Gaia are standouts at the Front Desk. First night, Tristan upgraded me to the nicest suite (didn't ask) and made my check-in smooth, very Friendly. Night 2 and 3 Gaia checked me in and she is super Friendly and attentive. The room featured nice, new TVs (big) and the bed was comfortable. Mostly, the Property was very considerate of my work schedule and DnD needs; Tristan hooked me up w a late checkout on my last day. The outdoor pool area is Awesome FYI: big, well-kept patio. Nice People Nice Property.

I have never been so disappointed in a Hilton/Hampton Inn property. I am here tonight but will be checking out tomorrow to spend my next two nights in AR in Rogers at the HGI. This place looks like it was a seedy hotel prior to becoming a licensed property of Hilton. It is independently owned and it shows. Everything is outdated, seems old and somewhat nasty. There is no real closet in this room. What appears to be a closet is a shelf with rods and hangers behind a curtain, next to the window. Please see picture. It is an extremely noisy hotel next to a busy interstate. Could use some insulation and new windows,plus a total overhaul. This hotel does not live up to Hilton standards!

Second stay in a row with a Hampton Inn and once again the front desk staff added to the experience. They were friendly, offered a warm welcome and were very professional. They chatted with guests and made the whole experience very pleasant. The hotel was great with up to date rooms and amenities.

We often stay at Hampton Inns because of their consistency. We have recently stayed at this one twice. We rate this property 5 stars because of the staff. We particularly single out Heather for recognition. Upon check-in we asked her about walking trails in the area. She told us she’s text us some information. A short time later the text came with comprehensive information on area trails. We also had to extend our stay with no notice and other staff was very helpful and efficiency in handling that request.
