Chef Danny Yee, who owns the place, tries to run it according to his high standards for quality, commitment and teamwork among his staff. The all-you-can-eat buffet is the big draw. It's considered the healthiest Chinese buffet in town, as no oil and only water is used in the stir-fry process. You choose what you want in your dish, and pass it over to the cook, who sautés it in front of your eyes in a huge Mongolian wok. The result can be a bit bland sometimes, but healthy it is.
