Granite Mountain Middle School is affiliated with the Prescott Unified School District, a K-12 school district with more than nine schools. Located in Prescott, Ariz., the school enrolls more than 600 students in grades six through eight. Its curriculum includes English, language arts, mathematics, social studies, science, art, music, computer studies and physical education. It offers a variety of activities, such as technology club, ham radio club, story-art club, chess and games club, and lexing and reading plus. It provides a variety of sports activities, such as soccer, basketball, baseball, wrestling, football, volleyball, crosscountry and cheerleading. It features a library and media center.
