A collaboration between Kurt Dammeier and Sugar Mountain, The Butcher's Table is an upscale steakhouse located in the Denny Triangle neighborhood of Seattle. The tables here are elegant and classy, and the establishment is imbued with dim lights which bolster the inviting ambiance. Pick from an array of items like smoked turkey sandwich with mustard, aioli and tomato, a steak sammie with poblano peppers and avocado and a vegetarian sandwich with smoked goat cheese, sorrel, walnuts and roasted beets. The eatery also offers 5 different types of salads ranging from cauliflower with mint, yogurt and cucumber to a smoked chicken salad. The meat is prepared and cured on-site, and their highly rated Wagyu beef is sold seven days a week at their retail counter.
