The Norwalk Community Health Center, also known as NCHC, is a more than 9,500-square-foot facility that offers a range of primary care services. It provides adult and internal medicine and acute and pediatric care solutions to individuals in southern Norwalk. The center offers medical services in the areas of obstetrics, endocrinology and gynecology. The Norwalk Community Health Center provides appointment scheduling solutions. The center also offers educational, support and consulting services. It conducts HIV clinical care sessions and health fairs, as well as provides on-site pharmacy solutions. In addition, the Norwalk Community Health Center offers laboratory and radiological services through Norwalk Hospital.
