Reviews
tripadvisorStayed here for two nights. The rooms were nice and centrally located. Parking was conveniently located under the hotel.
MoreSam the guy in the front desk was very helpful! And efficient!!! He truly made our last night a lot better. Keep it up.
MoreI am so happy to share that the two waitresses, in the restaurant on site, were outstanding! Of course the service was excellent. But Syna & Julia went above and beyond to treat me so kindly and have delightful chats. Hilton is lucky to have them!
MoreWhen I arrived I was told that repairs would mean no hot water from 8:30 in the evening until 4:30 in the morning. As it turned out, the water was out all day from 9am to the next morning. Also, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. This was the second fire alarm at the the hotel in a week. Finally, the hotel has construction out front, so you have to carry your luggage the length of a couple of blocks to get to it. On the plus side, the restaurant was good and reasonable, the rooms were clean, and the staff was polite and well-meaning.If the hotel had called me before I arrived and let me know the water situation, I would have stayed somewhere else. I have been staying at Hilton's for 50 years, but no more. I should have been warned.
MoreMy stay was disappointing for the price. Ongoing construction meant no front drop-off — I had to carry luggage from a curb behind the building. Front desk staff were dry and unhelpful, and the bar/room service closed far too early for a big city on game weekends. The shuttle was poorly managed — I was told no sign-up was needed, yet when I went down at 5 p.m. I was told I had missed it, and the next shift had no idea if another was coming. To top it off, the stay ended with a false fire alarm. Overall, not the level of service or hospitality I expected for the rate charged.
