If you acquired a taste for New Mexico cuisine, this is the place to buy some to take home with you. Just inside the front doors of this warehouse is a retail market where you can get freshly-made products. The Baca family began packaging and selling their foods in 1946 from their grocery store, and now sell over 150 products to restaurants, stores and individuals all over the U.S. The trademark and specialty of the house is green chile. You can get it in mild, medium or hot. Other products include flour and corn tortillas, salsa, posole and sopaipilla mix. Cookbooks and recipes are also available.
