I was on bus 7 at 1535 hrs and a man that was clearly handicap , he couldn't open his hand to put money in the bus money collector and the driver got angry and kicked him off the bus after calling security. The driver is a spineless individual who if a conflict would happen away from the terminal he would abandon ship completely. I know that the Embark is Union and it takes a act of God to fire the employees but this isn't the first time I have witnessed smack like this. I'm use to the bus service in Eureka and LA California where the drivers are respectful and caring this is terrible here there really is no excuse.

I use public transportation to get to and from work and it is usually okay how I usually ride but, not all drivers are respectful enough towards me and other people with vision loss to get the help we need to know when to get off the bus. Even when different situations get called in about it takes a lot of voices usually to make a difference.

Buses show up late daily if they show at all . Had to li ft ride to work because bus no showed and NO ONE CARES. Rapid bus left me at bus stop after work . No one cares because they aren't the ones Subject to this service if you can call it that

We brought my daughter's service dog with us to catch Embark Oklahoma city bus to go to her mental health psychiatrist at Hope community. The bus driver on rout 13 at 12:25 refused to allow us on 3 times saying dogs have to be in a carrier. 1- her service dog is 70LBS. 2- There's no way to put a dog of that weight in a carrier, and as a registered service dog, he can not do his job from the inside of a carrier. I let the driver know that she was in direct violation of the federal disabilities act, as well as in violation of the Americans Disability Act, (the ADA) She drove off and left us. Then the very next Embark bus that came on rout 40 also had an issue with my service dog and wanted to know what disability the dog serves for my daughter. Then bus 1312 on rout 40 at 3:25 pm gave me hell about out service dog being brought on the bus, he kept on and kept on and kept on at me, I pulled out the service dog registration card and read off the federal laws and the laws on the Americans Disability Act, (ADA) Then the driver proceeded to say let's just drop it. I said that's fine but your just mad bc i know the laws on bringing a service animal on the bus and your mad bc you know your wrong. He said well the dog and y'all won't ride my bus again. At this point I filed a police report and got a case number bc of them being in direct violation of federal laws. I also filed a discrimination report with the department of justice and civil rights division. I am not going to allow anyone to give me hell over a registered service animal and I also have letters from our Dr's for us to have the service animal. This bus system is the worst I've ever seen. Most of the drivers are soooo rude, hateful, disrespectful and down right mean. When you take a stand for your legal rights they can't stand it.

I recall many of bad haps.. 1 my mother lived in arvada co. The horrible lady told me 2 get off my phone !! This was the day before mother's day , she was hard of hearing and in another state !!! I was not screaming nor yelling !!! She then called security after sitting down and already paid my bus fare 4 that day ---- I was told 2 get off the property !!!!! U get this !!! I never intended for my day 2 b ruined by your filthy disgusting bus service let alone -- all that happened 2 me that day .. She is now gone -- and this STATE IS A PURE DEE PIECE OF TRASH !!!! COLORADO -- is far more advanced and do not treat people as such !!! May god hit smack those that did me dirt the day before mother's day !!!!!!
