tripadvisorWhat a waste of time!Don't go!not worth it!I went years ago.they didn't buy a single thing said I'd never go again but I had brand new in style items!.i had 20 items brand new stuff in style! This time. She bought 2 shirts.both for 3$! ridiculous I needed that just for the car meter outside.staff is rude, stuck up no vision. My items were better than the stuff they sell.they need to lighten up seriously!never again!
MoreI love the store and shopping there. The only complaint is their website store hours show they open at 10 am. In fact they actually open at 11am. I was on a tight schedule and this really spoiled my shopping experience because I couldn’t wait till 11.
MoreI have been to Buffalo Exchange in other states. This one pales in comparison. This is seriously an overpriced Goodwill. They need to get people with better fashion sense to buy the clothes.
MoreI always enjoy exploring my local Buffalo exchange. It’s like a treasure hunt, I’m never sure what I might find that day. I also like to bring in my used clothing to exchange ( sometimes they take a few items, sometimes they don’t). Overall, I enjoy my experience at buffalo exchange. The staff are always nice to me. I really like how the store hosts art shows to support local artists. They also have a token system instead of bags- when you purchase anything- instead of a plastic bag-you are given a paper token- you choose which charity to donate your token to and B.E. will give the funds to that local charity. Overall- I really like this place. It’s been a local staple for me over the years.
MoreThe better located (wealthier) branches of this chain do in fact sell vintage clothing. This place DOES NOT! They do sell very over priced college kid cast offs, which are all contemporary. Do not go and waste time or money,
