The staff is usually very helpful, the store is comfortable. BUT I ordered a book online that was in stock and I chose BW over Amazon so that I could support my local independent bookstore....however their distributor was out of stock and never informed BW and the gift book was never sent...and I was NEVER notified. really frustrating. trying to problem solve the staff was disrespectful to me and I am not sure why this was better than an experience with Amazon..... I would recommend shopping in person only, mail it yourself or just use Amazon....ugh

Went here to check it out. Nicely laid out with lots of great books. Mostly new rather than used. Unusual collection of Spanish language children’s books. Some new books were signed by the author. Two cute restaurants in small shopping center. Worth the trip.

This bookstore was filled with wonderful caring employees who you could tell took the time to learn about their customers and were a staple in the neighborhood. The place is very inviting and has quite the selection for a local bookstore.

Nothing cold and clinical about this book shop. Once inside the doors, you are surrounded by the vibrations of cerebral adventure! Books are high, books are low, books are all around you. Every nook and cranny pulses with books of all sizes, shapes and colors. A must stop if you are a bookie!

They have a great selection of local books at Bookworks. They have events with authors all the time. It is a living reflection of what readers want. The sales people know books. Hats off to Danielle and Wyatt in addition to all the staff.
