I've been buying from Emser tile for over a year now. I read the other reviews that weren't so great... those were a couple to three years old. They have a new staff since those negative reviews...

Had a floor installed less than a year ago and floor is getting holes and tile quality is deteriorating. Bought by Emser/Prosource. So frustrating getting this resolved.
