I was really excited to visit The Ark and browse their crystals, books, and unique items. It was a comforting find after altitude sickness unexpectedly altered my travel plans. While I did find a few wonderful items that I love, I was deeply disappointed by the customer service. The staff members were whispering and staring, did not greet anyone entering, and felt completely unwelcoming—even during checkout. This cold energy is very unexpected for a spiritual environment and for Santa Fe in general. In fact, I felt the need to thoroughly cleanse the energy from my items before bringing them home. This shop has the potential to be an uplifting, beautiful space, but the staff definitely needs to improve their customer service.

Stopped in to buy a candle & was literally made nauseas upon walking into the 'dark' area of the 'Tarot' cards. May Our Lord God Bless & Protect You.

It is kind of new age-ish and kind of just a general bookstore. There is jewelry and books and stones of all kinds and new age stuff like incense etc. I like it - thought it was well laid out and didn't feel followed around or bothered by staff. It was a nice selection and I spent quite a bit of time there. Appreciated that there were bathrooms and a kids area. Prices are high, like a local owned bookstore, but some finds were reasonable (not cheap) for what they were (like small stones, or cards). I thought it was worth a visit if you like those things :)

We stopped by on a rainy afternoon and thoroughly enjoyed this shop!! We left with some books and crystals and I could have spent the afternoon there if my husband didn't drag me out! Great gifts for yourself and for friends/family!

We were so delighted with this store when we lived in New Mexico. It has a thoughtfully chosen and fascinating variety of merchandise: crystals, incense, books, stationery, and more crystals - just beautiful! Prices are good, too. The staff is a group of kind people who always do their best to help. The energy is so positive and encouraging that we continue to order crystals for ourselves and to give as gifts, from The Ark.
