I just purchased several cuff bracelets that I saw on a Facebook post. (With Covid I’m seeing a lot of businesses there) I talked with Cristina Perez and she was very helpful and sent extra pictures and measurements. She also answered a lot of questions and gave me the store website to look at. After a thorough investigation, I felt they were safe to shop with. After that everything moved along smoothly. My bracelets arrived today and I am extremely happy with them. Thank you Cristina Perez for your wonderful customer service!

I am disappointed in my experience here. Be sure you LOVE what you buy at Gold House and find back ups in case you need to exchange as they will not take returns, even if the piece of jewelry was poorly made and breaks within weeks. My husband bought me a beautiful bracelet here and only four weeks later in broke in two. There had been no mishandling of the bracelet and I was just lucky that I was at home when it broke and fell off so I found the 2 pieces. We called Gold House and unfortunately they are only willing to repair it which I am not interested in since the spot where it broke will likely be weaker than originally made and will likely break again. Next time it could be where I can't find it. They did offer other bracelets as a replacement and kindly sent photos of a few possibilities, none of which I really liked. Since they refuse to refund my money and I don't live in Sante Fe where I could come in and really look for a replacement item I love I feel I have no good options. Nice people, great location but in terms of quality and customer service I am sadly disappointed.

I went into Gold House looking to buy a ring for an upcoming birthday. The store is beautiful with a good selection of jewelry and glass art. I don't shop for jewelry very often, plus I'm a VERY indecisive person. Frank was patient and informative, he happily answered my many questions and helped me to pick the perfect ring after 2 hours of searching! I'm extremely happy with the gorgeous ring I purchased and at a good price too. Excellent experience overall!
