We recently moved to Santa Fe from the San Francisco Bay Area and went shopping at Kohls. I returned something and asked the cashier how to get to the 2nd floor.She said we don't have a 2nd floor. I said I was sorry and that I had recently moved here from the Bay Area where there are 2-3 floors per store including a basement. She was vey pleasant and now I check to see how many floors the stores in Santa Fe have. Overall customer service has been very kind in the mall.

It's just a shopping mall with some familiar stores. Not as interesting as shopping in the unique shops and galleries in town, but probably more practical because here you will find things that you need and the prices are reasonable.

I love to come here, they have great stores and a lovely little food court, I also love the arcade it's great when you need some where to go with friends or family.

I don't know where anyone got the idea that the mall is a great place, but it's nice when it's super hot outside. Other than that, it's just a standard, average mall, exactly like every mall in every other city in the country.

Every year we come to spend the summer in Santa Fe, it has been interesting to watch this old style indoor mall reinventing itself. As old style stores have died like Sears, the mall has added stores with grand entrances onto the parking lot. Bed Bath and Beyond, Hobby Lobby, World Market are big attractions. Hobby Lobby has access to the mall, giving it 2 entrances. It is one of the largest Hobby Lobbys that I have visited. A new restaurant has been added to the parking lot. Other struggling malls across the country could learn a lot from what has happened here.
