Heading into Westbrook, I stopped for some shopping at Westbrook Plaza.Stores included Kohl's, Shaw’s, and The Animal House.Service business were SuperCuts and Euphoria Nails & Spa.Dining options included Pizza Hut, Panera Bread, Dunkin’, and Chipotle Mexican Grill.The Ruby Tuesday was permanently closed. That was too bad. It was a big restaurant. I shopped Kohl’s and picked a couple of things at Shaw’s.I rate Westbrook Plaza at 3.50.
