Great facility & staff. The room was very comfortable and clean. Loved the blackout shades…missed breakfast because I overslept.

Loved this hotel. Super comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. On the 4th floor. Staff was super friendly. We would definitely stay here again. No negatives at all.

We were in town for a high school graduation l. The hotel was very nice and it is right next to the interstate. The staff was very nice. We had an ada room for our family. The weekend was extremely hot and the A/c in the room was awesome. The free breakfest was very good and they had biscuits and gravy which I had not seen before

I booked this hotel at 11 AM for just one night, but had to cancel by noon because a customer informed me they had Covid, making travel unwise. Despite my efforts to cancel through the Hilton App and making two direct calls to customer service, this hotel refused to budge. They still charged me over $150 for a room I didn't even use.After nearly a decade of loyalty as a Diamond member, in all those years this is beyond disappointing. It's a betrayal of trust.Fellow Business Travelers, heed my warning: choose another location. This hotel's lack of flexibility and disregard for customer loyalty is unacceptable.

Hotel was ok. Girl at desk when checked in told us we had to use credit card to hold the room and incidentals even though we booked through priceline. We were therefore double charged for the room. I called and left message for manager when I discovered double charge. Manager never returned call. I called the next day and lady I spoke with said they tried to call three times. Never had any missed calls??? Hampton Inn did refund the money for double charging. Last time a hotel chain double charged me was about ten years ago, I have yet to stay at their hotels!!!! In conclusion, hotel was ok, but beware of their shady business practice.
