DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! I booked to use them this year and their service is far from executive, an old bus was sent and drove off without us to start with, denying that we were his passengers, after I called the company again and had a very rude response, the same bus returned for us! After dropping off everyone at their hotels, we were the last to be dropped off, there was a marathon taking place and by the time we arrived (having already passed our road once) the road was closed and we were dropped off 2 blocks away from out hotel with 6 pieces of luggage. There was a misunderstanding in that I thought the payment had been taken from our credit card, when in fact we had to pay cash - the driver had no change!!! I spoke to the operator again to query the payment and complained that they hadn't made allowances for the marathon as we had arrived having been travelling for 12 hours and now we had to walk! Mabel, was extremely rude and told me what did I expect them to do drive over the police?? I said no but I would have thought being in the transportation industry she should have known that, she said she doesn't do marathons and how should she know, to which I replied that we are usually informed when roads are closed, to which she replied we should go back to our own country and not stay in the US!! I have to say I was shocked and that this is not my experience of the US, in fact just the opposite everyone goes out of their way to make you welcome and customer service is second to none! I spoke to the concierge at the hotel who phoned them the next day and they were just as rude to him. Needless to say they did not return for us when we were leaving and the concierge then organised alternative transportation!!! I cannot stress enough how awful this company are, I have made many reviews on Trip Advisor, all positive, so this is unusual however I felt I could not let them get away with this type of treatment as the first introduction to people's holidays!
