Nice Planet Fitness, no complaints whatsoever. Good to be away from Denver and less crowd. Plenty of spacing between the leg machines.

The Loveland CO Planet Fitness Management team is totally useless. I have been complaining for months about the TVs and station signal that don't work properly. Just incredible the incompetence and nobody cares to quote Elon on 2 requirements, caring and competence. I keep asking for a number to call to correct the problem or to call the owner (but they refuse) or to have the owner call me (never happens). If I was the manager I'd have it fixed within a day. Yesterday the front desk lady didn't even look up and said we are working on it. Total disrespect!Yesterday 3 TVs were down and black. Channel 5 CBS has had no sound for many months. Others often have static and crackeling sounds while the sounds and phrases skip repeat themselves multiple times. Totally frustating to watch anything while on the elliptical, treadmill or bike.Several machines are often down for months like the leg curls and it doesn't seem like anyone tests or really checks, lubricates or otherwise verifies the proper functioning of machines say on a weekly basisOwnership obviously could care less about clients and management it totally inept and useless. Planet fitness HQ should clean house and FIRE everyone.

the guy that works at night is extremely rude and be ready to wait a long time before getting to use a tanning bed if you can ever find him

I have an autoimmune disease so not going to any gyms right now. I canceled several months ago and they told me I would have to call back to cancel again before 3 months was up or they would start charging my card again. Well, I forgot and they charged my card again. I called and they said I have to write them a letter to get them to stop charging my card. I will write the letter, and then as soon as I can starting going to a gym again, I'll go down the street to another gym that has matched their pricing.

This Planet Fitness is one of the nicest I’ve seen. I have visited a few other when I travel and this is one of the best. This location is always clean, the equipment is in good working order, and the staff is friendly day and night.
