After reading about Prost! on a beer web forum German-style beer thread I decided to make a slight detour on my recent road trip to check it out. I was not disappointed. Located in a trending old town renewal area the venue is sandwiched on a side street right near a parking garage so location was convenient with ample parking. We were fortunate to have an area German grill (Gunter's Bavarian Grill) providing food that Saturday afternoon, serving up excellent brats and German potato salad or spaetzle. The beer was excellent including a favorite style, rauchbier (Franconian/Bamberg smoke beer) that I learned about after talking with the bartender. Crowlers-to-go! I wish they had distribution beyond Fort Collins. The setting was very comfortable with a few rooms and an outside biergarten that even though lacking chestnut trees it still had the vibe of being in Bavaria. Can't wait to visit again.

We have been to the Prost in Denver countless times; and was thankful that they were located in Fort Collins next to the hotel we were staying at. We were traveling with our small dog and needed somewhere to go with her that we could sit indoors and eat dinner. We grabbed pizza from a nearby restaurant; and was able to bring it into the brewery without any problems. Eating pizza and drinking a couple of glasses of beer - sheer perfection. Prost never lets us down. Thanks for allowing us to bring our small dog in! She loves Prost!!

Having lived in Germany for a few years, I love a good, authentic German beer. This place did not disappoint! It's line up of beers was excellent from the lager, to the Maibock, to the dunkel, all were very well made, smooth and flavorful! The bartender was very personable and was able to answer all of my questions about the various beers. Outside is a nice beer garden area with long tables ala Oktoberfest style. The night I was there was open mic night for performers. A young lady of 14 named Emily was playing guitar and she did an exceptional job with Sweet Home Alabama, Jamey Johnson's In Color, and The House that Built Me. A great local place to visit in Fort Collins with excellent, real German style beer.

Neat, alleyway, brew pub in Old Town Fort Collins. Numerous beers on tap in a rather large hall with outdoor seating. Prost has a number of seasonal beers which are quite good, I had the Octoberfest and would recommend it. A handful of TV's spaced throughout this place makes watching college football that much more enjoyable. Some nights there are bands/musicians. A little bit of Germany in Northern Colorado, check it out!

Visiting my daughter and her fiance' who just moved to CO. They took me to Prost Brewing. We did some beer tasting and then I found out they had Kombucha and the bar tender suggested I mix with a Lemon beer. It was fabulous! They also can beer and she showed us how it's done.We then went to the back of the bar where they had Corn Hole. My daughter and I beat the pants off of her fiance' and his father. We had so much fun. I can't wait to go back.
