The staff was friendly and professional from check in to breakfast. However, this hotel is very outdated. The light switches include a master switch which controls all electricity, one by the door (marked) and one in the bedroom (not marked). This led to us losing power at night and again in the morning when ironing clothes. Also, the door to the toilet room does not stayed closed. They need to have trays available so guests can bring breakfast to their room.

While I was staying at another Staybridge property in the same city, I wanted to extend my stay an extra night. So I went through Priceline and thought I was extending at the property I was at.Come to find out, it turned out to be this location. I had to go through another online app and got a better rate, and got my stay extended. I called Priceline immediately to let them know what had happened. They, this property told Priceline that they see where i am staying at the other location and where told told call back in morning (Monday) when the manager would be there. So I called Priceline back Monday, and they contacted this property and spoke to the manager and was told I out of luck because of their refund policy. I do understand that they have a non-refund policy, but for making a simple mistake like this, the manager couldn't have approved the refund!?She has the authority to do it. So, with that being said, I'm out over $100 because of simple mistake.I will not, and I recommend others as well, NOT stay at this location and stay at the one on 80th and Dodge

I submitted this review originally on the hotel website but it appears to have been deleted....Hotel concerns appear to be dismissed or hidden from future guests.We recently stayed at Staybridge Suites Omaha West. The shower did not drain adequately inroom 123. After each person that showered you would have to wait several minutes for the tubto drain before the next person could go. By the end of the shower you were standing in waterthat was midway up your shin. We were staying two nights and the next morning my husbandstopped at the front desk and told them about the issue. He was told “I will put in a note but wedon’t have anyone to fix things on the weekend. You can stop by later and see if we haveanother room.” We were leaving for the entire day and would not be back until late Saturdaynight. No one fixed the issue. We again showered in the sludge of the tub.This time we onlyused the water sparingly and shut it off except to rinse, yet we were still standing in water. Wewere traveling with my father who is in his 70’s and this is a safety issue. When we checked outon Sunday, I mentioned the issue to Cheri, the front desk manager, and she said “I will put in anote.” The most frustrating part of this was how dismissed we were about this issue. Iunderstand that things happen but there is NO WAY this situation had not been reported oraddressed by previous guests. It was negligent for us to be put in that room with that issue. Weare frequent travelers. After sending the general manager an email, we were given back partial points for our stay, however a full refund of the stay would be more appropriate given the conditions of our room.

Check in was easy. Lobby is clean. Green space is minimal and very covered in dog poop from guests pets. Dog friendly long term stay hotel should have a larger parking lot and larger green/grassy space. Hallway/side entry wreaked of dog poop and the smell got worse as time went on. Many smokers sit at side entry’s so we have to walk thru them to come inside. -gross!! Front desk gal was valing inside the office area/lobby and not the front doors. Guests had a huge physical altercation in room above us from 2-4 am and started again at 7:45 am. Screaming, yelling and loud booms the whole time. Lasted nearly 2 hrs, that time. Have stayed here several times and not had this bad of an experience as this time. Experience quality has greatly declined since August 2023.
