Great service from the time I called to get a quote! Didn't know what is expect and there was a little change in the plan (due to a change of venue). When I explained the change when the driver arrived, he could not have been more polite and understanding. Everything was perfect, even the weather. Driver was knowledgeable of the area which we were thankful for since we were from out of town. I would definitely book with them again. If you're in the DC area and find yourself in need of a chauffeured service, please give them a call. You will be happy you did!

We paid in full for wedding transportation services and contacted the company several weeks before the event to request a schedule adjustment. When we experienced issues reaching them by phone, I sent an email explaining that I was trying to get in touch.The responses we received from NICO AHMED and staff were unexpectedly hostile and unprofessional. One response stated: “First of all, we don't know who is calling!!! Second, when they cannot hear anyone, obviously they hang up!!! It is a NO brainer!!” After additional communication, I requested to speak with a manager because I was concerned about the tone and level of customer service. I was then told: “Now you are being very rude. What is your problem? You are about to get blocked!!!” At that point, I requested cancellation of services and asked for the partial refund outlined in the contract (50% refund if canceled more than 30 days before the event), the cancellation was issued 31 days from our event. The company responded that the service was canceled but refused to issue any refund. The next day, after my fiancé contacted them separately, we were informed that the reservation had supposedly been “reinstated” — despite us never requesting reinstatement and a new contract never being signed— and that because the event date was now within 30 days, no refund would be provided. The situation escalated further when we received emails containing personal insults and accusations instead of professional communication. Regardless of any disagreement, customers should not be spoken to in that manner. A complaint has been submitted to the Better Business Bureau and we are currently pursuing legal action regarding the handling of our contract, cancellation request, and refund dispute. Based on the company’s responses to other negative reviews, I fully expect NICO AHMED to respond by insulting me personally instead of addressing the actual concerns raised here.

Worst night of my life . I will never ever ever in a million years wish this type of service to anyone . They should be sued. I recommend who ever does to record there experience from the moment they arrive . Then I recommend them to sue them right after . So this service can get shut down immediately!

If I could give no stars, I would. I guess I read these reviews too late, but my group had a similar experience . Our driver was Max was very hot tempered and rude. From the beginning he seemed to have an issue with chauffeuring a group of black women to a concert. He very demeaning and had a terrible attitude within the first few minutes of meeting him. We eventually pulled over to get individual Ubers to our destination. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, especially any people of color!
