Cancelled the day before. Still have not received my refund. No information was given regarding the tour up until the point of cancellation. Poor communication, poor planning. Scam

Tricia was unable to book our reservation due to illness but she emailed me back and forth to make sure she gave me fiance and I personalized suggestions based on our interests and tastes. The food was great and definitely off the beaten path were we would not have looked if not for Tricia. Thank you !

I booked this tour as a surprise birthday experience for my wife since we were in the area. My Wife and I love to try new foods and new experiences, so I knew we would learn a lot from this tour. I have to say I think we got so much more than what we paid for. Our guides, local foodies Tricia and Matt were excellent tour guides. They gave us a great overview of the city, and what the local food influences were. They have several packages, from different parts of the city, to different cuisine. On that they delivered exactly as promised, but they gave us so much more for our experience. Tricia and Matt took the time to personalize the trip. For instance, they found out my wife likes Tea, so they took her to a couple of the local tea shops. She enjoyed that. They also gave us private tasting with a local restaurant the Express Deli (which is an awesome up and coming restaurant by the way). They gave us one-on-one time with the owners as they prepared their signature dishes for us and let us try them. The owners were great to talk to and we had such a good time. Overall I would say this was the highlight of vacation and I would be happy to book them again. We had such a great time, and I would say they are will worth the money.

We set up an Asia Town food tour while my Brother in law and his wife were in town. Tricia and Matt did an awesome job asking questions beforehand to tailor the evening to our liking, and are very conscious of food restrictions. They not only know the best places to eat in Cleveland, but also threw out some great bits of history and information on both the locations and the food we were eating. Being form Cleveland I was introduced to some wonderful restaurants of Asia Town; places I probably would have never gone to if it weren't for this tour. Overall it was an excellent experience! We'll definitely be telling everyone we know about it.

Tricia and Matt were great tour guides on our hole in the wall food tour. We weren't entirely sure what to expect on our food tour but we ended the night more than happy. We started the night off going to the Happy Dog and getting to experience some unique flavors of hot dogs and veggie dogs. They were very sensitive to my wife's veterinarian needs and were able to show us places that had great vegetarian options. We made a second trip to a Salvadoran restaurant Pupuseria Las Bendicion and had pupusas where Matt and Tricia were knowledgeable about some of the history of the traditional dishes of the Salvadoran areas. They did a great job of listening to what we enjoyed and made some great detours to places they thought we would enjoy based on our conversations. It's one thing to take a tour of places you may or may not be interested in but it's another thing to have someone listen to your interests and tailor the tour based on our interests. Matt and Trish were more the later which was a nice change of pace. Overall it was the personable nature of Matt and Trish that really made the experience complete. They clearly love the Cleveland food scene and were very knowledgeable about places that had great food as well as some of the owners and history behind them. I would enjoy any type of food tour they recommend and would recommend them to anyone that has an interest in experiencing some of the lesser known food of Cleveland and getting a lesson into some of the types of food we got to experience.
