Over priced inferior hybrid mattresses that sag and pucker in about 2mos and has divits across the mid section. The mattress for $$3k is the lowest, more ill performing mattress I've ever owned....

Service was great when we first bought the mattress but the mattress was a little firm, we called to exchange it and was told that you just wait 30 days to exchange or return it. I wasn't happy so...

purchased 3 mattresses over $3,000.00 and I kept telling sales guy Bray extra large twin while looking at my email on the size of my child's bunk bed. He measured the width as I was concerned...

While in store service seemed good and delivery was excellent, this Intellibed bed/mattress is a disaster. We were told when we bought it that there was a one-year return/exchange policy....
