Very nice service. Driver was on time. Car was comfortable and Newport is beautiful. Mike was very nice to speak with.

If I could give a zero, I would.I should have known from the start, as when we got in the limo, the seats were all ripped across. It looked as though they tried to hide it by gluing it back together, and adding almost like a shoe polish to cover it. 2 of my guests got black tacky substance on their rears and hands, that took 2 days to get off. When we tried to pair music to the bluetooth, the driver did not know the password.Next followed the limo getting hit by a car (minutes into our ride) that ran through a stop sign. Now I fully understand that the limo did not cause the accident, but everything that followed they had full control over. We were and are hurt. The driver never checked on us. Not once. His only concern was calling the owner, not the police nor getting us help. As I was sitting right where the car hit, I got thrown around, hit my head, shoulder and leg. 2 of my other guests hurt their backs from the impact. Again not once, did the driver approach me, ask how I was, offer a solution to get us back to the hotel. The companies lack of empathy, lack of compassion and lack of concern is truly something I have never experienced before and do hope that no one ever has to. Stay far away. I am still waiting for my money back.

A lovely day in Newport with Mike - thank you :) Whilst Mike is not a tour guide, we had a good rapport with him and he was able to transport us around Newport in a comfortable vehicle and point out various sights to us, including things off the tourist-beaten track that one would otherwise not know about. Would certainly recommend Leisure Limousine if you are looking for an easy way to get around all of the sights in Newport. We included two mansions, Belle Vue Avenue, Cliff Walk, Ocean Drive, and 'old' town in our 5 hours with Mike, including stops for photos. Would have given 5 stars however communication before the day and finding Mike and his car at the beginning of our trip could have been better. Thank you for a great, and entertaining, day in Newport!

This company ruined my wedding! Please NEVER EVER HIRE THEM. The limo driver was 20 minutes late picking me up (the bride) and then got lost and drove us to the wrong venue. What was supposed to be a 15 minute drive turned into 35 with my bridesmaid using her GPS to tell the driver where to go. I was stuck in the limo without AC while my first look was supposed to be happening. This error pushed us back almost an entire HOUR. Pathetic! The third group of our bridal party was never even picked up by the limo and had to drive themselves. Additionally, we ordered two 50 person buses and that is not what we got. We got ONE 50 person bus with a broken AC which was miserable for my guests, and another smaller bus that not all of my guests could fit on, and the leftovers had to drive themselves. Even worse, despite already running late because of the limo, we delayed the ceremony because the company said another bus was on their way, and when it finally arrived, it was empty and we delayed for nothing. This company ruined our entire timeline and threw off everything else for the wedding. We missed out on so much time that we could have been enjoying our wedding and that is time we can never get back. I will never forgive this company. They had ONE job and they failed miserably.
