Disk Drill is the brainchild of CleverFiles, the brand owned by 508 Software, LLC, based in Atlanta, Georgia. Disk Drill - data recovery software for Windows and Mac OS. Disk Drill has a robust set of file recovery tools that can recover deleted or missing data from almost any device -- internal or external hard drives, memory cards, USB flash drives, cameras, iPods, iPhones, iPads and more. It works with all file systems including NTFS, FAT, HFS/HFS+, and EXT2/EXT3/EXT4. Disk Drill's unique algorithms can help recover lost partitions, repair damaged partitions and find files that were mistakenly sent to the Recycle Bin. In addition to data recovery, Disk Drill also has a very important data protection feature - "Recovery Vault". This allows users to preserve a copy of the metadata of their files so that they are easily recoverable if deleted by mistake.
