MoreI feel bad because I know they are trying but waiting 15 minutes for a preordered ice coffee is crazy. The manager was freaking out with so many mobile orders. Sorry not well run.
MoreWent in at 11am and stood at the counter for over 5 mins - no service! They saw me from the drive thru window but totally ignored me. So I left!
MoreIncompetent workers. Had to repeat order 5 times just for them to get it wrong. Not sure what's so hard to understand.
MoreThis place needs new management. The staff used to be so kind and efficient. Now it's not good. I go out of my way to get coffee elsewhere. Whoever is hiring is doing a bad job.
