Ive stayed here 4 or so times. The last 2 times I got a room without a view (3rd floor) and this last stay i had room 322. It shares a wall with the gueat laundry and microwave room. I was woken up at 6:30am from microwave beeps and would not recommend it for that reason.I ate at Conners twice and witnessed inconsistent service from staff.

Joe at the front door was incredibly helpful. I was a little unsure where to pick up my Lyft driver and Joe told me just to go relax that he would keep an eye out for the driver and let me know when it arrived. He also was so helpful when loading my luggage in the car. The overall experience at the hotel was wonderful and everyone gave me the same exemplary service that Joe did. I definitely recommend this hotel in the downtown area of Indianapolis. In addition, I’ve been to many conferences held in hotels all over the country, but the food at this particular hotel was fantastic at each and every meal no matter how many people they were preparing the food for. Very impressive.

I stayed at the Marriott Indianapolis Downtown for one night for a work trip. I found the experience to be pleasant. The rooms are very clean with the standard amenities you would expect of a Marriott. One aspect of the stay I found very helpful is the parking. The hotel is offset from the street so dropping off and valet is very convenient. The hotel restaurant was great, though seemingly understaffed as we had to wait awhile for food and drinks were not refilled timely. Overall, I would stay at the Marriott Indianapolis Downtown again.
