I had a terrible experience with this company. At the start of the ride (less than 5 minutes), the driver and I agreed on $20. Upon arrival, he suddenly demanded $85. I was with my wife and two small babies, and the driver was extremely rude, impolite, and even aggressive. He refused to let me take my baby’s stroller out of the car and kept insisting on the inflated fare. When I asked him to call his manager, he refused. When I suggested calling the police, he tried to slam the trunk violently near my head.In the end, I was forced to pay $30 for a ride that should have been less than $20. This was an awful and frightening experience. Unprofessional, unsafe, and unacceptable service. I strongly advise others to stay away from this company.

I booked a party bus with Silver State Limos on July 7th, 2025. The rate of $300/hour seemed fair, and I chose the option to pre-tip by paying 20% upfront. Unfortunately, I regret that decision.The bus arrived over 20 minutes late, leaving our group awkwardly waiting in the hotel lobby. While the company offered to make up the time on the back end, it didn’t work for us due to pre-scheduled plans. The climate control on the vehicle also struggled to keep up with the intense Vegas heat, making the ride uncomfortable.Most disappointing was the confusion regarding the driver’s tip. When we asked the driver if he received it, he told us the gratuity was retained by Alex and Silver State, not passed on to him. Feeling obligated, we gave him an additional $50 in cash.When I brought this to the attention of Alex and the Silver State team, they simply thanked me for my generosity and offered no resolution. A week later, I followed up again and was offered only a 25% discount on a future booking — something I won’t be using.Bottom line: DO NOT pre-tip, and be aware that customer service after the sale is lacking. I cannot recommend Silver State based on this experience.

I have a business meeting in Las Vegas with my close friend and We meet driver Sam through other friend he drive us in Las Vegas for our trip 3 days it was outstanding service on time sharp and clean. I recommend anyone visit in Las Vegas to have a good time call silver state limo and ask Sam to drive you around

I had booked this party bus a few months in advance for a bachelorette party. I put down a deposit and provided pick up and drop off location. The day before the party I was notified that they had cancelled my reservation and gave it to someone else. I would not recommend using this company for your party or any other transportation needs.

they are always on time, they will email you to check how your trip was. i will alway be using them everytime i go to las vegas.
