tripadvisorGlenn front desk was very professional and provided the best service. We were impressed by her knowledge on the area, hotel, and hospitality. Managerial role will be the next step in her future. This location was perfect access to the theater and the atmosphere was so refreshing. Clean rooms and the bathrooms were beautiful! My fav vacation stay place for the perfect price. Amenities in the lobby were a beautiful shop and the party stays outside until your ready very quiet.
MoreBelow Average Hotel. Over priced. They charge for everything. The gym is on the 5th floor but is clearly an after thought. I checked out halfway through my stay and went over to Candlewood Suites for a much better experience.
More⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Masterclass in Mixology: Dr. Alvin is a National Treasure! If you are staying at or just passing by the Hilton Garden Inn, you absolutely MUST stop by the bar and hope that Dr. Alvin is working. To call him a bartender is a massive understatement—he is a true polymath and a master of his craft.Alvin elevates mixology into a literal science. His smoked drinks are hands-down the best I have ever tasted, and his execution of my absolute favorite, the French Martini, was flawless. Every pour, shake, and garnish is done with absolute precision and flair. What makes the experience even more mind-blowing is getting to chat with him. He casually holds an MBA in Corporate Finance, and a PhD in Finance with a specialization in Food Service. It is incredibly rare to find someone with that level of elite academic and business expertise running a bar, and it shows in his impeccable understanding of hospitality and service efficiency.---A Note to Hilton Management:Dr. Alvin needs to be promoted immediately to a corporate or strategic role that can truly benefit from his brilliant financial and food service expertise. However, please do not take him away from the bar completely!** The guest experience he creates behind the counter is irreplaceable.Thank you, Dr. Alvin, for an unforgettable evening. You are an absolute legend!
MoreTaylor at the front desk was awesome. I stay here every week and its always a pleasure to see her. Friendly, courteous and always an interesting conversation. Keep it up Taylor!!!
MoreI have stayed here four times before, and this is time number 5. This hotel continues to impress year after year. I stayed for three nights in January, on a company business trip. As stated before, it is located very centrally to the downtown business district. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and bars nearby. We also did use the bar one evening in the hotel and the breakfast two mornings. All the staff in the restaurants were very pleasant, nice and accommodating. The breakfast food was great and the drinks were as well. Everyone we encountered at the front desk and in the hallways were very friendly, even though we used the digital key here (which by the way works wonderful at this hotel)The rooms continue to be in very good condition. I was in 522, and everything was in working order. The beds are comfortable. It has a great view of the park across the street. Overall, another 5 star stay at the HGI Mobile Downtown.
