tripadvisorHampton Inn and Suites are all quite the same... some older, some brand newer, but all have that same Hampton Inn feel. We always stay in Hampton Inns when we are looking for a reasonably priced but comfortable, clean, and breakfast-included no frills place to stay. In all of our years staying in Hamption Inns though, this one stood out in a very signficant way... the friendliness of every single staff member, and for an entire week. We had a small technical issue with our room the first night, and the manager was absolutely wonderful, and took good care of us. The desk staff- friendly every day, coming and going. The two breakfast ladies, fantastic. And Laura C,, our housekeeper, amazing. Hats off to the management of this hotel for being so welcoming, friendly, and efficient, it was such a pleasure to stay with your while we were in Henderson. PS: We didn't get picked for Guest of the Day for parking, but we forgive you, maybe next time!! lol

MoreClean room, friendly staff, good breakfast area, ice water in the lobby. Henderson puts you away from the craziness of the Strip but still a short drive to it. Airport nearby.One negative was the groundskeepers use of those awfully noisy gas-powered leafblowers. In one such instance, not a leaf was in sight. He was merely blowing the concrete!
MoreWe stayed at this location for one night. I was able to book, check in and retrieve my key on the Hilton app. This was so easy and convenient. The room was clean and adequate for our needs. We walked to a Tavern in the parking lot. Evan at the desk was wonderful and let us know of a discount at the Tavern. The only issue we had was the pool was very dirty. There was garbage floating and the water was murky I did appreciate the coffee in the lobby at 5am.
MoreThis hotel is a little tired: old and dirty carpeting, ancient sheets and bedcovers, 1 elevator for 3 floors.Staff was very nice, and hotel lobby is fine. Breakfast area is clean and immaculate, but the seating needs to be redone as half of the sofa/chairs are way too low for the tables.
