Our baristas have been trained by Evan and Alyssa Delgado from the Gov Cup, so our drinks are as consistent as a drink from the downtown location itself. We proudly brew and serve organic coffee, roasted fresh weekly by Salem's oldest roaster, the Gov Cup. We use high quality ingredients to prepare a drink that you won't believe came from a drive-thru!
