Upon arrival, I was impressed with how well kept the property was. I was greeted by an exceptionally nice man at the counter who went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The room was very clean and very roomy. I would recommend to anyone needing a room in the Odessa area.

No one of my best experience, not very friendly. The room was just ok, I guess, noisy. I will not choose it again. Breakfast not one of the best, but the time that I get to eat, it was cold and overcook.

The hotel was clean and mostly quiet. What got to me about the establishment however was the fact that when I checked in I was told I coukdnt have guest (which was fine but my sister did want to come see me) then when I got to my room the refrigerator was awfully noisy.. but what made me question my choice was when I went to grab breakfast the gentlemen at the front desk wouldnt allow me to take it back to my room.. I felt like a child not to mention I paid for the room that HAS a kitchenette so I just really didnt understand his reasoning.. Needless to say I most likely will NOT stay here again based off that. It's no wonder they're not a very busy hotel they treat their guest like children. I'm BIG on customer service and this seriously just irked me! So unless you want to be dictated I strongly suggest you stay away

This hotel is perfect for someone who is traveling with animals and need to load/unload the car. The rooms are big, and have a full sized kitchen in them. The furniture is well used and could stand of a proper cleaning. You could see (without trying) that no one dusted anything above eye level. The sofas are pleather and had noticeable built up dust/dirt in the groves. The staff wasn't rude but they weren't very friendly. I was road weary and in need of a friendly face by the time I arrived. I found no such comfort. The young lady behind the counter could best be described as cool and aloof.

this place is great. Had to rent a room while my homes AC was being worked on and this place is great, clean rooms, friendly service and the continental breakfast is good. would defintly recommend this place to friends and family.
