Good stretching and toning exercise with a variety of excellent state-of-the-art equipment to target certain muscle groups. Barbara gave specific directions and patiently kept us on track the entire 45 minutes. My 20-year-old daughter and I had a refreshing total body Pilates workout, and plan to return. The atmosphere is cheerful and relaxing, and the location is convenient to historic downtown Pensacola.
