My husband and I were visiting my sister and brother-in-law in St. Augustine, FL, arriving at the airport in Jacksonville, FL. We used this service on arrival, as well as on our return home . We cannot say ENOUGH positive things about this service/company!Our driver, Wayne, was at the baggage area waiting for us when we arrived. What would have been a boring trip, was a delightful experience talking to our driver. The time flew by! The vehicle was super clean and Wayne was a great and safe driver. We were almost sorry when the trip ended .On our return home, Richard was right on time to pick us up and as with our first trip, it was most pleasant and efficient. We highly recommend this company and will definitely use it on our return trips.

Professional service! Driver was very knowledgeable of the area & took good care of us! Will use this service again when in the area!

We enjoyed our ride both to and from Saint Augustine with Norman. He drove safely, and was very friendly and personable. He told us about the area, restaurants, and so on. The vehicles were clean and spacious. What a great, stress free way to vacation.

I highly recommend this airport shuttle service. I have been using them for the past 7 years. The service is extremely dependable. Always on time and their drivers are great.

The driver kept me well informed and was a pleasure on the ride. I arrived at my hotel safely and early. On the way I heard quite a bit about the history of the area, restaurants and attractions. I will continue to use AirPort Express of St. Augustine on all of my trips to the area!
