By reading some of the reviews, it looks like people really don't understand what they are paying for. I already knew what my package did and did not cover. If you want pictures, you are going to pay additional. And no one can take photos inside or videos (that I didn't know).The package we had, was transportation to get the license, to the Chapel and back to the hotel. The only hiccup was at pick up. They told us the wrong level. Luckily, the driver called and we found him. Booking the Chapel was easy, and the staff was very helpful. They explained everything that we needed, and what needed to be done before the ceremony. If you have questions email or call them.It was a great day, and I would recommend! Oh, if you have ever watched Vegas Vacation movie, the Chapel has not changed since then. Probably has not been updated since the 70's. So, if that is not for you, don't go here.

This place is a Rip-off They Quoted one price with your package that come with a Bouquet but once they see what u wearing they add another one to up the package price plus they don’t let u take your own pictures so they can rip you off for Six Freaking pictures they charge $230 But they printed them Low budget u don’t receive them until a month after your wedding, I reported Fraud To My Bank Received The Pictures The Next Day I Sent Them Back To Them I Would Never RECOMMEND THIIS CHAPEL TO ANYONE. Plus They DIDNOT TELL YOU THAT U GOT TO TIP THE DRIVER AND THE CHAPLAIN FOR MARRYING YOU AND PICKING YOU UP! THEY SUCK TOO MANY HIDDEN FEES!!!!!!

We had a really great experience for the wedding until it came time to pay. We were not allowed to take our own pictures or anything. No video or nothing. The reason why is they charge you a ridiculous amount for the picture package. Our wedding was suppose to be only around $250 and we ended up paying $845. We ended up paying it but only with the agreement that they would give us every single picture on the SD card. Once we got our USB in the mail we were missing several pictures. We had hired an Elvis impersonator and we didn't get ANY pictures with him on our USB. We were pretty upset especially since we spent extra just to have him there. The wedding was good but everything after was not a great experience.

Do not go here. They nickel and dime you for everything. Our $295 package turned into $1100 with all of the hidden fees, envelopes for tipping their 18% fee and all the other taxes. They called to say the limo we ordered with the package was broken so we could upgrade for $167. Then they were an hour late picking us up. The printed pictures we purchased with the package never came. I was told when I enquirer about the pictures I could print them out myself......The pictures they took were never edited or retouched like they said. They took them straight from the camera and put them on a thumb drive and sent them to us. This was after several phone calls and 1 month later.... GO ANYWHERE ELSE...........

Make sure you read the fine print!!!!! We just got married here and the experience was great up till the end. After choosing Package I, this included.. .Chapel, Background Music, Candlelight Executive Car Transportation Fresh Carnation Bouquet, Groom's Boutonniere Personalized DVD Recording of Your Ceremony *Custom Photo Shoot So from the top, the chapel was nice with the exception that it is attached to a pretty run down looking motel. Service was very nice and the man that married us was very good and gave a touching speech. 5 stars to him. Transportation was a very clean white Escalade. 5 stars Bouquet and Boutonniere--kind of cheesy looking. 3 stars DVD recording -- ok. it is what it is. Custom Photo shoot---Now here is where the issues started. PLEASE , PLEASE, PLEASE .... if you decide to get married here ask all the questions and read the fine print. No prices were mentioned when we were looking at the photos, we were just told to write down the ones that we liked and they would let us know what the price would be. This is where the punch in the face is, if you do not have any pictures in your package they will charge you $195 for 3 pictures (but they did say they would be professionally printed..not framed), if you want 12 pictures on a cd that will run you $350, now if you want all the pictures they take on a cd, this will run $450!! $450 for 30 pictures on a cd, really it is all digital and on a cd that cost like $2. Then there is the witness fee (and she was not even in the room) administrative fee, and of course you then get the envelopes for you donation to the driver and the minister(they recommend at least $40 for each of them, but you can give more) So when she handed us the bill it was for almost $800, this did not include the envelopes. When i asked what was all this for since we should have only owed $200 after the deposit you get to see where they slide in all the extra fees and upselling. They certainly try to take advantage of you on what should be your special day. We caved and spent the additional $200 for the 3 photos just so we would have some pictures to remember this day. Later we had a person at the hotel take some pictures on our phone for and that costed us $0.
