We use A+ Transportation to shuttle 14 of us from our hotel to port for our cruise. I called weeks beforehand and spoke to Christy. She was very helpful, friendly and made setting up their services extremely simple and easy. Our driver, Warren, was more than just a driver. He arrived promptly at the time schedule. He loaded all of our bags without making us lift a finger and helped the older and little ones of our group get into the shuttle safely. He gave us all the information of what to do upon return from our cruise to get back to our hotel. Upon arrival, again, everything was super easy and smooth getting back. We will definitely be using A+ again for our next NOLA cruises!

I had contacted Christy at A+ Transportation when we booked our cruise and ask questions about the shuttle service I was very pleased to get a bountiful amount of information from her and booking and scheduling is very easy. I was told to contact Christy when we were one hour away from new Orleans and to get that information from the porter on the train. I followed her directions —contacted her by phone one hour out of the city. As we were debarking i was pleasantly surprised to learn that Warren from A+ Transportation was waiting for us at the terminal. Once we had our luggage, Warren loafed our luggage for us and drove us safely to our hotel.I can’t say enough good about Christy and her staff. They really got their stuff together. I highly recommend this shuttle service.

We were very happy with our shuttle service from the airport to our hotel in the French Quarter. Our driver was pleasant and funny. We really appreciated his patience with our group which came at the same time but on two different airlines. What could have been a logistical nightmare was no problem at all.

We have used other limo services in the past and were satisfied; however, we needed a large vehicle to take 7 adults and 1 child from Metairie to the New Orleans Cruise Port plus luggage! I first checked out Groupon and the companies we had used in the past. But when I contacted A+ Transportation via Facebook Messaging I received a response very quickly and she provided excellent information regarding their services. We phoned them the following week and we booked them immediately! They had the absolute, hands down, best price of all. They showed up exactly on time to pick us up at our home and took us to the Port in less than 15 minutes! We had instructions on when to phone them after we were off the ship and there he was again within 10 minutes! Courteous, timely, easy, convenient..... what more can you ask for?
