tripadvisorI had an excellent stay at this Residence Inn and would definitely stay here again. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, and the location was fantastic. Having a large Target directly across the street was incredibly convenient, and there was also a shopping center across the other street with a great selection of restaurants, coffee shops, an upscale grocery store, and other amenities. The breakfast was outstanding and offered a great variety. The fitness center was also well equipped for a hotel gym, with enough free weights and cardio equipment, including a treadmill and elliptical, to get in a decent workout.Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The combination of the comfortable accommodations, excellent location, and convenient amenities made this a great choice, and I would happily stay here again!
MoreWe are a family of 4, my wife and I and my two 15 years old sons. We stayed from June 16th until 7th July, 22 days and took two rooms because my children were old enough to stay alone . However we wanted the rooms next to each other or opposite sides. We stayed one day in Hyatt in Waltham and it was a terrible experience so decided to move to Watertown Marriott in residential because it was more convenient for us. First night in Boston we visited the property and the front desk lady denied us because she couldn't find two rooms next to each other so we came back again next morning to talk to the management. The front desk supervisor Ms. Luana Fortes, helped us tremendously and she talked to her manager Korinne Robertson to give us a wonderful rate since we were staying a long period of time and also she managed to give us a free parking during our stay. I am very grateful for Luana's kindness and should mention that if it was not for her profession and motivation on her duties and job we would have taken our business elsewhere. General the hotel is very clean and good location. Very convenient walking distance for shopping. It's next to a huge Target and Arsenal mall which has a lot of options for dinning and shopping and movie theater...Breakfast was terrible! The breakfast team is very lazy and they take a lot of time to refill the food and tables in the morning were very dirty. My wife had to clean our table every morning for us to use it. Options are very limited and morning coffee was bad.The rest of the staff cleaning team inside the rooms were good and kind and did a good job. General we had a great long stay in the hotel thanks to Luana F. And her colleagues. Thank you.
MoreMy friend booked this hotel based on a conference she was attending so I just went along with the plan. What a pleasure this hotel is. It’s bright and cheerful and modern. There’s a great breakfast every morning, there’s a pool, an outdoor BBQ, a gym and lots of self parking. The room was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal, do business and get a great night’s sleep. Also, an added bonus is the location; close to Cambridge and Harvard Square plus Arsenal Yards, a great open air mall with Restaurants, shopping, beauty and Ben & Jerry’s, is located right across the street. I can’t end this review without mentioning Sandra Lee, at the front desk, who was so warm and welcoming, and also a big help when I had to make changes to my reservation. This hotel is a total winner!
MoreGood property that can disappoint with average service. Stayed here before, and same lack of service and lack of attention and absent hospitality from front desk staff. Zero smiles from any of the staff. Overpriced for the lack of service and quality of property.
MoreWe visited for a cheer competition, and the location was definitely our favorite part. The venue was less than 10 minutes away, and the hotel was within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and family-friendly nightlife options. The rooms were clean and spacious. We’d love to come back with our family for a weekend in Boston!
