This was my fifth boat tour on Caddo Lake and it’s always a fascinating adventure. It was the first time with this boat tour company, and we enjoyed it immensely. Colt our guide took us to his well-known spotting sights and it paid off. Along with the awesome scenery on the lake, we enjoyed very much seeing the Osprey nest with babies poking out and an alligator eyeing us. Colt did a good job! I selected this company because it was less expensive and twice as long as the other ones I called. Very glad we chose Big Cypress!

Michael is a great tour guide. We took an evening tour; lasted 90 minutes. Michael is very knowledgeable of the history and ecology of Caddo Lake. His boat is comfortable; just sit back, relax, enjoy the scenery, and listen to history. Be sure to pack a small cooler with your favorite beverages.

We loved the entire tour with Mike! He had the nicest boat with very comfortable chairs. He was very friendly and knew a lot about the history of the lake. It was amazing! Highly recommend. We did the sunset tour and he had great timing with the sunset view.

This was a floating History lesson! Mike is an excellent captain as well as a font of information about Caddo Lake and the history of the area. We cruised in the morning when the lake wasn’t quite so crowded. Would recommend Mike and his boat any day!
