Not a review, but rather my email to the facility: I am really disappointed that I received this email advising of the traffic problems getting to Smart Financial Centre on the Thursday before the event. Since I was already traveling over 5 hours to attend this event and in speaking with someone living in the area who said it could take up to 2 hours to arrive at the event, we have decided not to attend. Unfortunately, we had already purchased our tickets. I really think that if you are as professional as you lead people to believe you would have made this information known to people prior to a couple of days ahead of time. I am sure that they did not begin the road construction on Thursday, I know this for a fact. I can assure you after losing out on nearly $500.00 on tickets that we will not be using and having to cancel hotel reservations and dinner reservations, I will never be attending any event at your facility.

Went to see Air Supply April 10. Side screens were NOT used. Had I known that, I would have looked for different seats. Figure that was an AS decision. Uber'd in - highly recommend. Uber'd out - eh. I miscalculated the concert end time (on me). Venue personnel kicked us out well before scheduled Uber. Thought that tacky but again, on me. Uber was a good move as parking (coming and going) sucks. Audio was pretty good. Vocals were a tad quiet to start, but engineer quickly remedied. Mark-up on tickets was insane. Face value $45, paid 3x that. Then found them on another site for far less. Oh well.

Employee Harassing customers multiple times , named Dylan 5' 10'' or more blonde , in the Mercedes-Benz Lounge Second Floor of the Smart Financial Centre in Sugar Land for the upstairs Booth Seats. There are so many other venues and events in Houston where employees are not harassing customers.

One of the best venues I’ve been to seats are comfortable and spacey. You don’t feel like you’re in airplane. Parking is easy and it’s very comfortable beautiful and I would drop my kids off here.

Terrible experience. Sitting here at 10:15 waiting for a concert supposed to start at 7pm. Two opening acts not announced.
