Used Diamond Elite to/from MSY on our recent NO vacation. Made all arrangements via phone & email prior to our arrival. Ride was on time for our plane, took us directly to our out-of-the-way lodgings (after some small confusion caused by technology's over-eager auto-correct) in comfort. Contacted us day prior to our departure to re-confirm and arrived timely to return us to MSY. Drivers and office staff all courteous and friendly. VERY reasonably priced. Will definitely retain all contact info for next visit down.
