Jessica is the most amazing host and makes the hotel feel like home. I have stayed with her multiple times this year and she continues to be the best host.

I had a little staycation at the Courtyard Houston City Place for my birthday and I was greeted by Nicolas who was amazing! He offered us great recommendations and upgraded me to a high floor room. I also walked into a very sweet birthday card with some snacks and water. Nicolas provided wonderful hospitality and we will be back!

Staff is above and beyond Nick at front desk goes out of his way to make sure that you have all you need. New rooms are fantastic Hard to find people in this world nowadays that truly care but everyone here did exactly that. Highly recommend this hotel

All the hotel employee seemed happy from the cleaning, staff giggling and laughing at 8 o’clock in the morning to Nicholas at the front desk or Julia, who was our coffee barista! Positive happy employees. They made the start of my day better which made me show it better for my employees.

Newly Renovated hotel. Close proximity to restaurant, airport and shopping mall. Very helpful staff specially Nicolas. He always goes above and beyond, whether it’s booking your shuttles or morning wake up calls. Enjoyed my stay and will be booking courtyard again, next time I come to spring.
