My wife and I had a great experience with Omni! We highly recommend their company and service!We needed a ride from the Las Vegas airport to our hotel and didn't want to compete with the crowds for a ride share or taxi. After reading multiple reviews and comparing prices, it was clear we should hire Omni.Booking online was simple and I received an immediate response. Fast forward to the day of our trip. Weather delayed our flight by 2 hours. I knew this early enough to call Omni to let them know. I was told this would be no problem and they will track our flight. The delay turned in to 3+ hours! While in flight I got a text from Michael, our driver, stating he was on the way. It was still over an hour before we would arrive so I texted back our updated arrival. He said he would be waiting! And he was!! At the bottom of the escalator with a sign with our name! He assisted us with our bags and we had an enjoyable trip to our hotel. It is well worth the extra price for a stress free ride, especially when you are traveling and arrive late in the evening!Something you should know...a tip for the driver is included in the quoted price for your ride. It is not enough in my opinion. Make sure you have some cash with you to increase the tip, if deserved. Most people go cashless these days but for Vegas, carry enough for tips.

What a blessing this service was for us - 5 ladies traveling to Vegas. First of all our flight was 40 minutes late. No worries - Candice, our driver had been monitoring it for us. Then we messed up supremely and landed up exiting the airport from the wrong terminal while looking for our baggage. Again, no problem - first Candice offered to get our bags for us. Then realized with 5 of us that might be too much. She backtracked and picked us up from Terminal 1, drove us back to Terminal 3 and helped us locate our bag - which had already been removed from the baggage carousel. She was truly wonderful and made the start of our trip fantastic. Thank you so much, Candice!

I spent a fair amount of time trying to book transportation for 18 students/faculty from airport to Westgate Resort in Las Vegas. Most of the sites made you jump through hoops to try and get a price and some were just middle men trying to get other companies to bid on your trip requirements, many of which turned out to be ridiculously expensive after jumping through all their hoops. Omni's site was very transparent and quick. Very competitive price and service was very good. Drivers were on time and courteous. Tip was included which was nice for using a university credit card...

They took my money the second i made reservation and sent me a sold out note day before we got to las Vegas. Why would you take out money when you were sold out? Not a good business plan. When I called them instead of subcontracting they said sorry you'll get you money back in 48 hours. So now I have to wait 3 days to get money back that never should have been taken out if they were full at sales. they protected them self of cancelation and not filling there quota. to bad I'll never use them again
