We recently got married at a wedding venue about 15 minutes away and chose the Courtyard by Marriott Denver Southwest/Littleton and the Residence Inn by Marriott as our hotel block options for our guests, nearly 99% of whom were traveling from out of town. We had the pleasure of working with Alexis to coordinate our room blocks, and her communication, attentiveness, and willingness to help throughout the process were fantastic! From the initial planning to our wedding weekend, we felt confident that our guests would be well taken care of. Our stay was wonderful! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the hotels offered plenty of welcoming common areas for our family and friends to gather and spend time together between wedding festivities. Having both hotels conveniently located across from one another was another huge bonus for our guests! I wholeheartedly recommend both the Courtyard and Residence Inn for their affordability, comfort, convenience, and excellent location. If you're planning a wedding in the Littleton area, especially a destination wedding with guests traveling from out of state like we did, these hotels are fantastic options! We couldn't have been happier with our decision.

In Early August my family and I had an already booked stay at this hotel. We had booked a 2 queen with a sofa. Was greeted by a friendly front desk agent, checked in for my room. When I got to the room they had given me a 1 king with a sofa! Not even close to what o booked. The desk clerk told me I needed to call and request the room I booked (that’s not Marriott standards!) I said that room will not work for me and I need the room type I booked. They couldn’t provide that room type. I was told I would not be charged for the stay. A week later. Lo and behold I was charged. After multiple attempts to reach management with no return call I opened a case with Marriott Bon Voy Titanium service. I received my refund a few days later. Fast forward to 8/31/26… a new charge from this hotel has been processed. Called Bon Voy again, the manager placed her on hold for many minutes. My case is reopened. I tried to call 4 times, phone picked up but placed on immediate hold each time. 3 minute hold, 4 minute hold, 6 minute hold, 5 minute hold. I hung up and called back after each. They are for sure screening my number and are editing to speak to me or Bon Voy. Wish I could leave negative star reviews. Do not stay here, do not give them your credit card info.

Really enjoyed our stay everyone was super friendly. Had a bite from the bar when we arrived and there was a ton of food and it was delicious.The room was spacious and clean. Gym was clean. Enjoy the grab and go Starbucks machine. Free hot water to make my tea. I’d definitely recommend a stay here and will be back.

The place seemed new and clean. And the air worked. i also was welcomed when i arrived so it started well. However there was a case of domestic violence that went on for hours. I called the front desk, and i called the police. Does this happen often?

Hotel recently remodeled. Generally very appealing and comfortable but there are some things I miss—a place to hang clothes in the room (no closet); free breakfast and free morning coffee; a walk in shower instead of the tub shower in our room. Starbucks regular coffee always available by vending machine. Other Starbucks coffee drinks available only when the restaurant is open. Food good but expensive. Staff very courteous and friendly.
